This building houses a gallery for the display of classic Ferrari automobiles with associated warehouse storage spaces and a residence for the family of the gallery owner. This is a relatively large building for the area, located in a busy, low-rise mixed residential and commercial neighborhood. The building is organized around a central courtyard with the residential and warehouse areas forming the rear "L" of the courtyard and the gallery area forming the forward "L" of the courtyard facing onto the adjacent streets. A glass greenhouse structure above a portion of the gallery space allows sunlight into the main gallery spaces as well as allowing sunlight to pass through into the courtyard.
